Alpari are a good broker IF I can enter and exit trades within a few milliseconds, but these guys sometimes take up to TEN SECONDS! That is just not good enough!
However, the staff I found were helpful, and no probs with deposit and withdrawing my money.
Withdrawals are very fast! I always got my funds the next day (I live in the USA) from Alpari UK...even in the middle of the financial crisis. Execution is very slow, but if you can make profit from scalping (I could) you can keep it...they do not take profits away.
Alapri US. I had a few issues with them when they wouldnt close trades in profit until they were losers then they would close it, I kept having the busy message.
I complained big time and they actually made good on those trades. Shocking. Sometime slow execution but customer service is great.
Switched recently to Alpari US primarily because my old broker didn't carry some of the currency pairs into which I have begun to expand my trading. They're slower at placing the trade - re-quotes always are tough. But my conversations with customer service have taken away the urge to "find someone better". They're also much more EA friendly than my old broker.
